Two Rock Directions and Entry Procedures

11:00 a.m. – Social Hour - Consolidated Club
11:30 a.m. – Transition to Haley Hall for lunch
11:45 a.m. – Lunch - Haley Hall (North Wing)
12:15 p.m. - Coast Guard comments/introductions

12:30 p.m. - Rotary meeting commences

Important!
To enter the USCG Training Center for this event your name (and the names of any guests) must be on a list previously submitted to the Coast Guard. This list is developed from the club roster with changes that you submit. The name on your photo ID must match that on the list. If, for example, the roster calls you "Bill" and your ID says "William," you might be denied entry. To correct your name or add a guest, complete and submit this form not later than Wednesday, January 23.

Directions

1. From downtown Petaluma, head west on East Washington Street (which becomes Bodega Avenue). Continue about 7.3 miles beyond the Bantam Way traffic signal.

2. Just past the intersection with Spring Hill Road, turn left on Tomales Road. (Watch for the large green signs directing you toward the "U.S. Coast Guard Training Center.")

3. Proceed about one mile on Tomales Road to the flashing yellow light.

4. Turn left at the flashing light into the Training Center entrance and follow the entry lane which bears right and then curves around to the left.

5. Stop at the sentry post and explain that you are going to the Rotary Club luncheon.

6. Present documents as requested. Be ready with valid drivers license, current registration, and proof of insurance and a photo ID for each passenger.

7. If documents are found to be in order, driver will be issued a pass authorizing vehicle and occupants one-time entry onto the base.

8. Place pass on dashboard and proceed up the hill on the entrance road about a half-mile.

9. If you are attending the pre-luncheon activities at the Consolidated Club (social hour, starting at 11:00 a.m.):

Turn right onto Nevada Avenue. (You’ll see another large green sign here.)

Turn right at the second driveway into the parking area for the Consolidated Club.

Park here, or use additional parking available further along Nevada Avenue.

10. If you are driving directly to the 11:45 a.m. luncheon:

Continue past Nevada Avenue and turn left (just past the flagpole) onto Ohio Avenue.

Turn left on California Drive to enter the parking lot, or right on California Drive to find other parking.

Park and walk down Ohio Avenue to the first building on your right. This is Haley Hall (look for the Food Service Specialist "A" School sign).

11. Lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m. in the North Wing of Haley Hall. Please arrive on time!

12. To save time, have all required documents ready before arrival!
