Interact Club is a designed for young people ages 14 to 18. Interact is sponsored by individual Rotary Clubs, but essentially Interact is a self-governing and self-sustaining association. All Interact clubs carry out at two projects every year- one that contributes to the local community and another that furthers international understanding and goodwill.

One essential feature of interact is the collaboration between its members and the sponsoring Rotary Club. Interactors develop effective leadership skills and an appreciation for the value of individual responsibility while forming long-lasting friendships. Likewise, Rotary club gains a service partner and supporting the development of future community leaders.

Founded in 1962, Interact stands for International Action. The first club was established in Melbourne, Florida, USA. The movement quickly spread to many other parts of the world. Today, there are 2,400 clubs in 69 countries worldwide, with a membership of 53,000.
